Christmas eve at Convergys was terribly slow. It seemed like we were over-scheduled and there was well more than 20 minutes between calls. It was so bad that TL’s were going around handing out VGH’s. The calls that I did recieve were pretty good and easy solutions. No problem with the customers tonight at all. The only downside was that everything was closed, so I could not get a coffee at Tim Hortons and I could not get any lunch from Wendys. I had to settle for a vending machine hamburger, 2 bags of ketchup chips, which cost me .55 cents each! and a 355ml bottle of rootbeer.
That pretty sums up the night. I actually had time in between calls to catch short naps.
